Privacy Policy
This policy explains what the Midstream Pro website collects, why it is collected, and how that information is used. Last updated April 21, 2026.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to the public Midstream Pro website. It does not describe customer data that may eventually be processed inside the Midstream Pro product itself.
Technical request data
Like most websites, the infrastructure that delivers this site may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, referring URL, and approximate timestamps. This information is used to deliver the site, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and protect the service from abuse.
Cookies and browser storage
The site currently uses a consent-preference cookie to remember whether you accepted, rejected, or dismissed the cookie notice. At the time of this update, the site does not run analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party behavior-tracking scripts.
Waitlist form information
The current waitlist form is rendered on the site, but this website codebase does not include a live form-processing integration, analytics pipeline, or CRM submission handler. Information typed into that form stays in the browser unless a future submission integration is added.
Email and direct contact
If you contact Midstream Pro directly by email, the contact information you provide and the contents of your message may be used to respond to your inquiry, continue a conversation about the platform, or support a legitimate business discussion.
Third-party services in use
This site uses standard web hosting and loads self-hosted site assets generated during the build. The current codebase does not include Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Segment, or similar marketing and behavior-tracking tools.
Why information is used
Information processed through the site is used to deliver web pages, remember privacy preferences, respond to direct outreach, maintain site availability, and monitor for technical or security issues.
Data sharing
Midstream Pro does not state that it sells personal information through this website. Information may still be processed by service providers involved in hosting, email, and technical operations to the extent needed to run the site and respond to inquiries.
Retention
Technical records are generally retained only as long as reasonably necessary for site operations, security, troubleshooting, or legitimate business administration. Direct-contact communications may be retained as needed to respond, follow up, or maintain a business record.
Your choices
You can accept, reject, or dismiss the cookie notice. You can also clear cookies in your browser at any time. If you do not want to provide information by email, you can avoid contacting Midstream Pro through the website.
Changes to this policy
This page should be updated if the website adds analytics, form processing, CRM integrations, chat widgets, or other third-party tools that change what information is collected.
